As you can clearly see, they made me. Of course, I tend to stick out like a sore, clumsy, wheezing, sneezing thumb in the woods. Fortunately, I wasn't seen as any sort of threat, and these two (along with a couple of others) weren't in any hurry to leave. In fact, if it wasn't for some clueless dude with golf clubs showing up to practice his swing, I probably could have walked closer to the deer gathered in this little clearing by the lake.

ReplyDeleteI tend to come across them either with my car, or my beagle, so NOT seeing their high white tails, but their faces in this photograph, is nice!
