Yes. But, Am I a Morlock? Or Eloi?

I took this from Paul who swiped it from Pharyngula

I am:
H.G. Wells
The first major literary talent to make himself at home in the science fiction field, greatly expanding its popularity.

Which science fiction writer are you?

Neat.  And, I think you can pretty much rest assured that if I ever wore a bow tie, it would be very, very crooked.

  1. Very cool!  I was Robert Heinlein.  I looked him up and I actually read 'Stranger in a Strange land' in college.  Now, Wells, I read all of his stuff... so did my Hammer...

    be well,
ps how did the date go???

  2. Who the heck is Gregory Benford? Now I have to go look him up even though I haven't read much in the way of SciFi.--Cin

Wow here you go again deep fried cheese. Well I am just next door toy you. I live in MN as well my mind gets just a bit distracted.Your writing is great, you can manage to make all of us giggle or laugh love your journal. I am going to add you to one of my favorites.                                              Patty Ann

  4. LOL. Well done Dawn, but I won't be so discreet "SO HOW DID THE DATE GO??" Well don't keep us all waiting now, we are your loyal readers for a reason LOL!!
As for me, well not much in the realm of sci-fi, more for Horror. And I think Edgar Allen Poe takes the cake there. (Hugs) Indigo

Damnit find some time to drop in and say hi bratty!! Indy

  5. Stanislav Lem  If I ever wrote Sci Fi
This pessimistic Pole has spent a whole career telling ironic stories of futility and frustration.  Yet he is also a master of wordplay so witty that it sparkles even when translated into English.
Barb or you can call me Stan.
