That's OK, the women play more entertaining hockey anyway. And curling is a much more fun to watch (and play). not sure I understand the iron joke, though...

Yeah. I didn't understand it either. I was hoping you could explain. I just wanted to figure out how to slap something up there without purloining anyone's precious bandwidth.
ReplyDeleteOf course, it's a joke about a 'curling iron.' The gentlemen depicted in the cartoon, however, are not using a curling iron. Probably because the cartoonist thought, quite rightly I am sure, that if he drew a picture of a man throwing an actual curling iron, the most common response would be, "WTF!?"
