It's Art Man...

Balance

Yes.  It's been busy here, and I've been scrambling to keep up.  Life's a zoo.

Anyway, my niece taught me this neat little trick with a couple of toothpicks, some forks and a salt shaker.  Pretty cool, huh?

Aside from that, I'm sorry the picture is so dreadful and blurry.  Not only was I too close, but my camera is on its last legs, and, thanks to some helpful suggestions from a totally nice geek, I ordered a nifty new one a few moments ago.  So, I finally get to retire my poor, battered, five year old Olympus with the whopping 2.0 megapixels.  It's nice for big, outdoor shots where nothing really matters, but once indoors, I might as well be using an Etch-a-Sketch.

  1. Finally, a good use for forks!  We have oodles of them here, in at least 5 different patterns... and can never find them at meal time so we end up using plastic.  Chances are I'll find a couple balancing on a couple of toothpicks off of my missing salt shaker.

  3. Your neice is a bartender, right? Actually, I think that is a good photo. Now I want to see one of the stuff on your 'fridge...is that a big green crayon magnet?

  5. Let's see...  On the fridge are a bunch of odd magnets, but I think the thing you're looking at, Cinzano, is my nephew's illustrated essay on Thanksgiving.  Then there's a newspaper article about a really old train.

I've got gobs of crap on that fridge.  My favorite magnet, however (and I know Paul will appreciate this), is the magnet from a blown 12" JBL PA speaker.  You slap that puppy onto a fridge, and good luck taking it off.  Unfortunately, it's hiding behind the salt shaker.
