Police officers are human also and there is always bound to be someone somewhere who snaps and goes too far. All the training, rules and screening of officers is not going to stop it completely. Violence does not seem to limit itself to only a certain class of people. I am not disagreeing that it is wrong when it happens I just don't believe in this day and age - the way the world has evolved - that there is any possible way to control it. Not unless our lawmakers and court systems start enforcing the laws that we already have instead of trying to keep creating new ones that benefit each others wallets.
